- SIEMENS SIMATIC
- NUMERICAL CONTROLLERS as example: FANUC, FAGOR, SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN (Optional).

Quality Control Technician

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the quality control technician is responsible for the following activities:
- Analyze component compliance;
- Visual inspection of components;
- Interpret technical drawings;
- Create measurement programs in Quartis software;
- Measure components in CMM machine and interpret results;
- Create quality control sheets;
- Opening and follow-up of non-conformities;
- Daily report of activities to the Coordinator;
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in the interaction department or departments.

Subassemblies, the assembly technician has as functions the following activities:
- Execution of assembly, verification and testing of machines and subassemblies;
- Completion of all documentation associated with the assembly process of a machine;
- Installation of machines in the client (Portugal and abroad);
- Comply with the logistics flow of equipment and components;
- Daily report of the activities to the direct Coordinators;
- Support the company in the installation and assembly of stands (Fairs);
- Execution of SAT services and picket services;
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in the department or departments of interaction.
