Reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator, the warehouse keeper is responsible for the following activities:

Ensuring the maintenance of the permanent inventory;
Ensuring the inbound and outbound operations of goods, carrying out loading and unloading with a forklift and/or overhead crane;
Executing and controlling warehouse activity documents;
Ensuring the organization and conservation of goods and warehouse stocks;
Verifying the conformity of received goods with the respective orders and transport documents;
Stock control and conducting inventories;
Ensuring the dispatch of goods to various areas of the organization;
Generating transport guides, shipping notes, delivery notes, and other documents associated with the dispatch/receipt process;
Arranging and organizing materials to facilitate cleanliness, tidiness, and optimization of workspace;
Carrying out other activities or tasks, not specified above, as considered necessary for the organization's objectives;
Contribute to the improvement and development of the Logistics Department.

Intended Profile

Experience in warehouses and logistics;
Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems;
Previous experience with the ERP software SAGE X3 is valued;
Experience operating forklifts, electric stackers, and overhead cranes;
Good attitude;
Versatile and dynamic;

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a team-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and versatile candidate with a higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. For this position, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in machine design is required.

The candidate must have advanced knowledge of SolidWorks (2D and 3D, sheet metal, surface modeling, simulation, and motion), as well as expertise in technical drawing and materials, automation (instrumentation and control), and the ability to size and select components for pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with PDM and ERP tools.

Reporting directly to the Assembly Coordinator, the Assembly Technician is responsible for the following activities:

Execution of assembly, verification, and testing of machines and subassemblies;
Completion of all documentation related to the machine assembly process;
Installation of machines at the client’s site (Portugal and abroad);
Compliance with the logistical flow of equipment and components;
Daily reporting of activities to direct Coordinators;
Supporting the company in the installation and assembly of exhibition stands (Trade Shows);
Execution of SAT services and On-Call services;
Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities within the department or interacting departments.
