Reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator, the warehouse keeper is responsible for the following activities:

  • Ensuring the maintenance of the permanent inventory;
  • Ensuring the inbound and outbound operations of goods, carrying out loading and unloading with a forklift and/or overhead crane;
  • Executing and controlling warehouse activity documents;
  • Ensuring the organization and conservation of goods and warehouse stocks;
  • Verifying the conformity of received goods with the respective orders and transport documents;
  • Stock control and conducting inventories;
  • Ensuring the dispatch of goods to various areas of the organization;
  • Generating transport guides, shipping notes, delivery notes, and other documents associated with the dispatch/receipt process;
  • Arranging and organizing materials to facilitate cleanliness, tidiness, and optimization of workspace;
  • Carrying out other activities or tasks, not specified above, as considered necessary for the organization's objectives;
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of the Logistics Department.

Intended Profile

  • Experience in warehouses and logistics;
  • Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems;
  • Previous experience with the ERP software SAGE X3 is valued;
  • Experience operating forklifts, electric stackers, and overhead cranes;
  • Good attitude;
  • Versatile and dynamic;
  • Team spirit, resilience, and focus on the department objectives.

  • Execution of SAT services and On-Call services;
